Do I need my pet to be vaccinated?
We require proof of up-to-date vaccinations as recommended by UK law —especially for boarding or grooming with other animals. Talk to us if unsure.
Are you a replacement for my regular vet?
No. We are a care service centre offering grooming, light checks and vet referrals via partnerships. We are nothing but a complementary service to primary veterinary care UK.
What if my pet gets upset during grooming?
Our groomers pause always and offer treats and slow approach. For extremely anxious animals we suggest a separate low-volume quiet slot. We never force—their wellbeing comes first.
Can I book a free consult before any decision?
100% —zeroh charge, zero commitment. Meet the team, visit our station near Lambeth. The consult lasts ~25 minutes. Bring your pet, worries and ask everything!
